How can I help?
Sleep difficulties and emotional wellbeing are often connected. This might look like:
Lying awake for hours, or waking through the night and struggling to get back to sleep
Feeling exhausted, unable to switch off at the end of the day
Sleep that has changed through a major life transition, whether relocating overseas or moving through life stages such as parenthood or menopause
Sleep difficulties that come with ADHD or other neurodivergent traits
Struggling to get used to, or keep using, a CPAP machine for sleep apnoea
Anxiety, racing thoughts, or worry that follows you to bed
Low mood, loss of motivation, or feeling flat and disconnected

I see clients in person at Atune Health Centres in Cardiff and via secure telehealth video right across Australia, so you can choose whatever suits you, and move between the two as your circumstances change. Medicare Rebates available if eligible. Read more about fees & rebates.
