Refer a patient

I welcome referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, paediatricians and allied health professionals. I accept referrals under the Better Access Initiative and as private clients. If you would like to discuss whether this is the right service for your patient, please contact me.

1. Prepare supporting documents

Include a referral letter with presenting concerns and relevant clinical background along with your patient’s Mental Health Treatment Plan so they can access Medicare rebates.

2. Send documents


Referrals accepted via HealthLink (cfaucher) or Medical Objects. Alternatively, your patient can bring their referral on the day of their first appointment.
